Art and Science

I have two areas of interest in the area of Art and Science.

The first is writing and publishing fiction that is based upon science. My interest is less in science fiction than in speculative fiction. I have written and published a novel, Sangre de Cristo: A Novel of Science and Faith. This novel was republished in July 1998 by Ballantine Books (Fawcett Division) retitlled Divine Blood. It is currently available from iUniverse.com. I am working on a second novel.

My second interest is as a collaborator with my wife, Gail. She has a body of work called "Merged Realities: A Synthesis of Art and Science." Gail was an artist/member of Central Arts Collective in Tucson and was also artist-in-residence at the Flandrau Science Center at the University of Arizona. She now works from her studio in Taos and also runs a company, Arcworks, that consults with non-profit organizations.
