W.M. Keck Center ofr Cellular Imiaging, University of Virginia.  A useful site for discussions of imaging techniques and spectra of FRET pairs.

Microscopy U.  An interactive site with excellent illustrations of what happens when imaging parameters are changed.  Thanks to Nikon for developing this site.

ImageJ.  A free image processing and analysis software package that will do most things imagers want.  Functions beyond the basics can be found at the plugins site below.

Fluorescent Spectra.  An interactive site that displays a vast array of spectra for dyes, filters, mirrors and lamps and calculates virtual fluorescence efficiency.
