If you're too sick for lab, get a Dr. excuse and schedule a make-up as soon as possible.

Create your MCB181L account (requires Shockwave (below) and knowledge of your lab section #).
Note
that your LAB section number is different from your LECTURE section number.
--This will be explained the first week of lab and performed in class

Check (must 11.5 or later)
Get (installation link and instructions)

Sometimes installation is more successful if you run the uninstaller first
