Gene Lists

Gene lists are provided in ORF (e.g., YAL001c) and SGD ID (e.g., S0000001) formats.

FASTA files

Files are not in canonical FASTA format, as all sequences are runtogether on a single line following the '>' gene name/descriptionline (that is, files have "> gene name" on one line, and then thewhole gene sequence on the next line).
